DESCRIPTION

PL Poly White is phthalate FREE finished ink used to achieve an elastic, soft touching and opaque white covering effect in textile printing with a perfect balance of white color, creaminess, and opacity for the best press performance and color design. It can be printed on cotton and polyester blend (up to 80%) fabrics. If cured correctly as advised, the dry-wet rubbing and washing fastness are high.

A phthalate-free printing base is used to achieve an elastic, soft-touching, and white covering effect in textile printing.

HIGHLIGHTS

  • It provides an elastic, soft hand-feel and more coverage plastisol white
  • Provides high efficiency on polyester fabrics
  • If used correctly as advised, it does not dry during the print and block in the silk-screen
  • Phthalate-free, however, it is not suitable to ecological standards due to containing PVC

PRINTING TIPS

  • It has been manufactured to more coverage plastisol white

PRECAUTIONS

  • Before usage, please stir the product well. Do not use any additives that are not advised. After use, the screen should be cleaned with synthetic thinner or plastisol screen opener. It is packed in 10kg cans
  • It can be mixed with PL pigments
  • Fluorescent colors can be used to make live colors
